http://namesthat.win

Domain name information, sales, domain phrase expression rental/sales.

(I hope we are allowed to list our own developed website using a new gTLD - this is mine)

That is actually a nice name. It's a clever way to use .Win.

I have been using Rooftop.casa for a real estate project and that has worked well...

That's a beautiful house / building. For some reason Rooftop.casa stuck in my mind easily. I didn't have to double-check the domain. Casa reminded me of house since I think that's what it means in Spanish.

would you hold on to these???
www.print.show
www.worldtrade.news
www.trade.events

I hope I am not investing in junk...

In my humble opinion, these are keepers. Their future value will be much greater than their current value, but the relevant questions are - what is the current carrying cost - how long do you need to hold them to get the desired future value price - what is that future value?

  • Theprintshow.co.uk atracts about 6k visitors to their show. They might be a prospect.
  • The Graph Expo brings in just under 10k attendees (buyers and exhibitors) per event, and they are currently branded on a name they have to throw away after this year : print2017.com
  • An Orlando show uses this name "inprintshow.com" for an event they run that brings in just over 3000 people.
That profiling took about 3 minutes to do using just Google, so if you follow that process for each of the names, you can size up the market now. In my view you have better names that are used by these shows, and the names they use are part of their brand - so it follows they would want that brand to be as strong as possible.

Regards,
Victor

I would agree with Victor that all three look like quality domains to me. They are all direct and descriptive, not contrived in any sense, and are in areas that have a lot of potential users. I particularly like trade.events. If it was used by a potential purchaser with subdomains it could be very versatile, as well as the general form you could have things like IoT.trade.events, EU.trade.events, travel.trade.events, etc.

That being said, as we all know, it is still a struggle to sell any of the new gTLDs for very significant amounts. It probably makes sense to set a realistic exit price, try some sales pitches, and try to sell them before needing to pay much in the way of renewal fees. Yes, I do think in the long term prices will rise for the new TLDs, but that may take a long time and not be terribly significant.

Nice names, and I hope you will find buyers for them!

I recommend trying to develop them, especially if you have time.

Hi Chris,

I created this company www.abc.services just to develop all my domains because i have both the time and expertise... not so sure about the money though!

I will keep you posted!

Wow it looks really professional, and I like your domain abc.services a lot! Do you have your domains for sale listed there (and I just missed them)?

Urge others at domainpros to check out his website which is really impressive, and provides good coverage of the types of expertise linked to domains and websites.

abc.services, nice :xf.smile:

With your expertise you might want to consider building websites instead of just selling domain names. If you can generate some monthly revenue on each one you can then sell the sites on Flippa.com or EmpireFlippers.com for about 10x the monthly earnings (sometimes for more, sometimes less).

Surprised no one shared Radio.Garden so far.
It has an Alexa rank of 15k.

Have also used escazu.condos for a real estate site. Escazu is the target city.

FIBA was using FIBA.com and FIBA.basketball simultaneously for some time now but today I noticed the .com forwards to the .basketball
