Flippa buyer doesn't release the funds & slow the process, what should I do?

Hi everyone,

This is my second auction at flippa, the first was going smoothly, transfer process fast. Only takes less than 10 days until the funds go into my bank account.

But, my second auction is still running on 'sale completion area' almost 1 month since the auction is ended.
I think it's enough time to check my website as the 'sale completion area' is started almost a month ago.
I already sent all assets to the buyer.
Seems like the buyer slow down the process as you can see on the conversations in the 'sale completion area'.

I've also done website sales and received payment via escrow.com. Buyer is given 3 calendar days for inspection period after I sent the assets.
But in the flippa it seems the buyer is not given a deadline at all. So this makes buyers slow, just look at my last message, the message has been seen but the buyer does not respond.

Please suggest me, What should I do? Do i have to keep waiting? @FlippaDomains

Sure. After month of waiting, I was desperate and even contacted the CEO via linkedin. Within minutes, I get a reply from Parnell, at that time he was : Marketplace Integrity Specialist. Today, I was surprise to see he has more power now since he hold a position of : Head of Marketplace Integrity

Unlike customer rep. he can take actions and was way more helpful.
