Thanks for your wishes and pointing that out, I wasn't really aware of these threads. The first one was quite a long one.

I think it's a highly useful hack for roofing companies. As for its valuation, I have seen enough domaining life to understand in a moment the value a domain carries. The key here is not to let such names drop and a buyer will eventually turn up at the right time. What's a $50 renewal even over 10 years against the value it carries? Just notice some of the domain sales of Mike Mann for which I wouldn't pay even $10 but which he has sold for mid five figures, holding the names for 4-5 years.
