Today I got my first offer for a domain, but it was sent to my email. How can I make sure that I get paid? Where can I send the domain and get the money on the same site?

Also, he asked me for independent valuation of the market price and TM verification. Where is the best place to do so?

I think so. I'm really not great with video and youtube and stuff. If you have any ideas or something I can read up on, PM me.
