I was hoping for at least mid $xxx, sounds like maybe I should temper those expectations a bit....

I was thinking I'd contact Pasadena wedding planners too, but your idea makes sense as a first step.

If you are going for mid or high XXX, consider not offering your price, but instead asking a potential buyer to put his price.

Set your priorities and contact everyone you think might be interested.
