Hi, domainers!

I made the same mistake as a few others here when I recently started my career as a domainer. I just bought a couple of domains without doing any research or even reading a single word about domaining before. Now... the more I read here in this forum, the more I realize that my domains are crap. So maybe one of you guys can have a look over my domains and tell me if there is any value in it? Or should I just let them all drop and see this as my first lesson how to NOT do domaining?

So here is my ultimate premium list ;)

Thanks for your time (and maybe advice) in advance!

Thank you for your opinion!

I have also thought about trying to sell a few of the more or less brandable names. I’m a designer and can create a decent logo myself. Would you recommend to sell those on eg. Ebay for a quick (but probably small) sale, or invest a little bit more and list them on eg. BB for a better sale in the future? 25K+ listed names on BB don’t let me feel really comfortable with that way…

List it on efty.com
Sedo.com
Godaddy.com
NameJet.com
Flippa.com
Afternic.com
Uniregistry.com

You will get response
Try to contact to the potential buyer via Email or Call whatever you Feel is convenient.
Domain buying is Eazy but selling is a big headache
So for that you need to know customer requirement
Take help of brokers too
So these kind of efforts will make you to sell your domain in a good way

there is no quick sale or profit here for any of these. not on ebay nor anywhere.
meaning, forget listing them at aucitons type listing up for bidding. you will make no money.

but as somoene said, some have brandable potential. in the sense that you either find people to contact via research, or wait for enduser offers. which may come or not, and when they do, no one here can tell you how much they'll be.

your best bet when starting out is always to read as much as yuo can on np.. especially completed sales thread, and of course namebio to see what sells for how much how often.

for auction sites, I'd not waste your time with anytning other than:

godaddy
afternic
sedo
flippa

in that order. you can list on afternic first and not worry about gd after. cause it goes there automtic. but there are distinct advantages to listing on gd through gd and not through aftrnic. such as 7 auction push option... and ability to set min offer of any kind you want, versus being stuck with some preset % of your bin, if you list on gd through aftrnic

all the best :)

Thank you guys for your replies, advices and wishes!

@alcy
I have listed the domains already on godaddy, afternic, sedo and flippa. Because of a lack of knowledge I have set the minimum offer on all domains to $ 99. Is it too much? I have also set no BuyNow prices... would you recommend that?

deal royal - couriers & delivery services (for highly confidential material?).
Listing on aftermarket is ok but not enough, find your end users, learn about them, sort out what is what and prepare presentation that contains "benefit without doubt".

Definitely not the worst list. Some might sell. My favorites:

diet-bars
dealroyal

Still wouldn't probably renew any of them. Maybe diet-bars...

I pick diet-bars and dealroyal

I'd probably keep:
diet-bars
dealroyal
camdivers
the 2 bitcoin names
maybe even the German wellness bed, depending on what your research tells you.

Welcome to Domaining and NamePros.

I'd disagree with others here. I don't see much value here. The good news is, you didn't spend near as much money as some of us have learning the ropes. :xf.wink:

BUT I would encourage you to take your time to learn before purchasing again.

Yes but that one wasn't atleast a 100% failure. The other ones hmm I'll let the domain names speak for themselves

Sorry to disagree with many of the other posters, and many apparent newbies who don't know any better yet, but you are right - these are all sh*t domains.

Auctioning them is a waste of time.

You can delete them or hold them until expiration.

Sometimes crap domains sell and there is no understandable explanation for it, but the odds of that happening with this list are astronomical.

I suggest you stop regging domains and spend a good deal of time here just learning.

Don't feel bad though, everyone here went through the learning process too, and regged crap domains as well.

You will do better soon.

Good luck !! :xf.smile:

@SneakyRock Well there you go- you got the gamut! Now you just have to sort through the muck, and decide what works for you.

Go with your gut, not with your head.
