Can I get some advice please? Someone wants to buy my domain name?

Looking to PM someone for a bit of expert advice. Someone wants to buy one of my domains- I only got into buying them recently and this is the first email I've had.

Not sure what ball park price I should be giving or how low/ high to go. If anyone could dm me it'd be much appreciated!!
