I would like to ask you for any idea, if it is possible to do anything with the purchase of premium domains those were not bought.
I bought 3 premium domain names through name.com. I have invoices and money were deducted from my account. I was contacted support team from name.com, because domain names were still not in my account and they returned me money and wrote that it is not possible to buy them.
I do not want return money, I want domain names. Do you have any experiences with this situation? An name.com support web page I can not find any answers regarding this problem.
I think - when I paid and have invoice, it is deal and I bought domain names for exactly price that was from me required.
When they can simply can cancel any purchase - are prices of domain names not correct? Which price are than correct and which not? Only lower prices are uncorrect and higher prices are correct?
Something like that happened to you, too?
Thank you for your time.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
maybe the names were listed for sale, but were already sold... and they didn't take the advertisement down

nothing you can do, if they offering you a refund but take your money and do business elsewhere

imo.....

Hi there!

Sometimes domains bought under auction or for a fixed price on various marketplaces such as on Name.Com may take a certain period of time before the domain is successfully transferred to your account. https://www.name.com/contact

I would take this inquiry straight to their customer support team and see what the status of the transfer for the domains you have bought is in.

All the best!
