Who Would You Use To Register a Trademark?

I would just go directly to uspto.gov and register it yourself. I own over 10 trademarks for clothing and it is very simple to file. I do word marks and that protects anyone from using words associated with my marks. You can file for 275.00 and they have videos to walk you through the process. If you go through a company it can be very costly and also if they have any problems with your application, they will only speak to whomever is company rep who filed for you. Just like to save money when I can. I have Team Pink and successfully got VS to waive their appeal without any legal representation on my behalf.

Everything is fine until there's a similar company , and or comparable.

I've personally struggled with in house legal staff on both domains and with my own companies trademark. That I'm in for $12grand.

That being said the idea of a trademark is that it is used.

If not, It takes a competitor or similar to find any problems....one can live in eternity with trademarks if no one contests the use, or lack of.

I have registered two TMs by myself at USPTO.gov, take about 10 months or even few years if you'll get an opposition. Cost around $400 depends how much classes and also depends if all done online or by paper. Good luck.
