I know that 3 alphanumericals are worth alot, I was just wandering if 4 alphanumerical ones are worth investing in?

As always it depends on the name. People are rude about my name upr8.com, but I still have an affection for it. :)

I have a few that I like, tho not many think they are valuable. They were hand regged so no big loss if they're not. We'll see.

Nazop, I am bullish long term on 3 number followed by 1 letter or 1 letter followed by 3 numbers, as they are much rarer than the 3 letter/1 number domain alluded to in this strand. Reason being rarity. There are close to 200,000 3 letters followed by 1 number and the same amount vice versa. If you have 3 numbers followed or proceeded by 1 letter it is just 26,000 or each. If you remove the 4s and 0s and get rid of vowels and vs (the chip variety), you are now down to 10,240 of each or just 20,480 all together. If you start getting those with 8s, doubles, or special numbers that have meaning in China such as 888, 168, 518, 520, 521, 768, 368, 138, etc they are worth much more. Case in point, I sold s138.com for $4000 a couple years ago.
You cannot hand reg these types of domains and a high percentage are actually developed in China, not only as a .com, but also as .net, .cn, and .cc. I think you were spot on to notice the 3 character doing well. Those are so rare, they should continue to rise in value. These are obviously not as rare, but much rarer than the chips that are also popular in China. They are even rarer than 5 number domains that sell in the thousands daily. The biggest differences are chips and 5 number domains are much more plentiful, yet much more expensive to acquire. If you are looking to invest in something at reasonable prices now, that has the potential for growth, I think these have a chance. Just like any other investment, there is risk but for the reasons I mentioned above I think adding a few of these to your portfolio for diversity alone makes sense. Many experts disagree with me, but over time we shall find out.

You've tempted me to try to do something with my 420s.com name. I don't think it's even hosted at the moment.

I think it may have some value some day, but at this point I can't advise anyone to buy or develop a NNNL.com or LNNN.com with a 4 in it, unless perhaps if you see the same combo developed in .net, .cn or .cc.
