Trademark Word and Classes

Hello,
I know this community has some great experts, therefore I am hoping to consult a question I have before going to a professional.

We want to launch a startup and we have a domain great domain name and are thinking to register the name as Trademark. Let's say the name is FOOBAR. (and we have FOOBAR.COM)
Based in EU, I looked at the EUIPO for an online registration.
Our business would be related to an online health website. For the same TM class, I noticed there is another business being named FOOBAR Pharmacy and (and even some other FOOBAR AM (radio) in a different, yet a class we would like to pick).
Does anyone know if this is a classic case for rejecting the TM registration? What are the chances of arguing that the business line is completely different for a website, a pharmacy and a radio?
I see there is a description for each class in the summary of the TM registration (draft),(something like a subclass). In these descriptions, our TM Scope is clearly is different from the other TMs.

Thank you in advance to anyone who has some info.
