I thought it was a depression/anxiety medication . . .

But

Zanof 200 MG Tablet is a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat a variety of conditions such as bronchitis, pneumonia, gonococcal infection and certain types of infectious diarrhea. It should be avoided in you are known to be allergic to other bactericidal antibiotics.
