I am planning to backorder few .in domain names. But i only know one domain registrar that backorders .in domain. Can anyone provide list of domain registrars where we can backorder .in domains.

For premium domains, there is fierce competition. You can't caught LLL.in, or good single words. You need multiple registrars for such quality names.

For normal domains, you can use this very good service (not mine): http://inbackorder.com/

Delete and/or expiring domain names mean that they were not renewed. Backordering is when you place an order with a backorder service to try and "catch" the name before anyone else can.

http://inbackorder.com/ does not resolve for me. Is this temporary or is the service shut down. I would also like to find a reputable IN backorder service.

If it's perm then I just lost $200 to them :/

It's still down now and no name servers listed in whois. Doesn't take that long to just change NameServers. Plus the whois shows privacy so no way to contact them. If they are coming back, they are doing a real disservice by not saying something.

Beta testing of .in backorders is now complete and AuctionBidPro is taking backorders for .in domain names. If interested, learn how at AuctionBidPro.com/backorders.php

Hi,

We just noticed this thread here and a little bit surprised that while everybody discussed it going offline but nobody discussed when it came back : )

We are thankful to everyone who stayed with this. Although we already clarified the situation on Namepros HERE and via email newsletter to all our clients, we accept that the site was down for a few days due to an outage, which we eventually rectified and it has been working well, more so than ever. Yes, we also realize that this was our own issue and we worked hard to restore the functionality as soon as possible because our huge clientele base is something we always respect for. For that, we also provided 1 free backorder domain to all of our clients sitewide after the outage.

@Hypersot ,
Can you please let us know the current status of you $200 so that we can look more into that?

@WeSell-Domains - Jack, although we realize that technically we are competitors, we do not feel it a gentleman's thing to say such things about your competitors just because you both are in the same business. We always love the competition and encourage everyone's efforts to grow the industry.

For everyone else: Inbackorder.com is working and growing as the world's first .in domain drop-catch portal, with our ever popular, personalized service for every single client of ours which we are known for. We soon are going to expand our operations with an increment in Registrar power to catch and coming up with awesome promos. Keep Tuned!

For any queries or doubts, don't hesitate to get int ouch with us directly at: support -at- inbackorder..com

@INB

Hello,

thanks for replying in this thread.
Any issues were solved when your site came back up.

I am assuming you are referring to my comment.

Seems to me the "gentleman's" thing to do was make a comment on here (NP was not down) so that your clients would not have been wondering what happened? That is just good customer service. No hard feelings, just my opinion.

Thanks for being sport. We value everyone's opinions, including competitors. I think we already made a comment on NP as soon as we had the status update to share: https://www.namepros.com/threads/ex...by-inbackorder-com.997215/page-5#post-6171286

Yes, the post was 10+ days AFTER your site went down. People were asking and for 10 days, no answer. Taking 2 minutes to post here to say you had issues and would return would have been nice. No one here even knew if you were coming back. Until that happened, I had not even considered backordering .in domains. I saw a need and filled it. That is what customer service is all about.

EDIT: By the way, welcome back, competition is always healthy.

You're right, that was just plain wrong from our side. We got too busy and put all our efforts into fixing it that we couldn't even get the time to update about the status (we did it by sending mail to existing users of the site though we got reports it didn't reached to all). But in any case, this can't be the excuse for not updating on forum and this is certainly something we ourselves learned. In case of emergency, our first response from now on would be to update users by all the means we can while continuing the fix. Customer service is our first priority now, more so than ever : )

Cheers,
Team iNBackorder

@Primary Names ,

We are based out of India hence Paypal payments are of no issue. You can smoothly make payments for your drop-catches at inbackorder.com from your Paypal account.
