How high do you rate domains that have a kw or niche plus the word "prices" in them? Eg newcarprices.com, ledmonitorprices.com, rifleprices or carpetprices? And many others.

Many of these are EMD's.

Do you think these are easy to sell to other domain investors?
How about selling them to end-users?

How good are these to build websites on?

if anything they are good as redirects.

maybe create a simple blog. get backlinks to it. then redirect to some main site or put links that go direct to main site.

I'm guessing something like this would get "swallowed" up by some ecommerce site depending on niche.

like a Walmart or Amazon . it's all about traffic.depending on niche. it's good clickbait for sure. the "price" of something is always on everyone's mind these days. especially the penny pinchers.

foodprices
gasprices
stockprices

and you of course you only have to check the latest sales with words containing Price on Namebio.

oh and also depends on what platform you try to sell it on also.

@Avtar629
What do you mean by 'redirects'? Redirecting the domain name at the registrar to a main site?

Thanks for the Namebio tip. I did a search w/ 'prices' and the results of the sale prices were very different depending on the niche but I think on average were somewhere around 1500 USD.

I assume these are prices of sales to domain investors? How much more would selling them to end-users be?

You'll need to check each of the domains you've shown sold.

For your purposes I suspect you'll want to check the higher sold domains. See if those were developed ie end-user.

Then factor in inflation of the buy price over the years since sold.

Checking latest 2017 price is also important. Don't look at 2001 sold values.

But in thee end if someone really wants it then take them for all they've got really within reason. GL!

Developed is a relative word.

You can reg a domain and get a free blog account for it. Put some autogenerated content use if for that. Grab feeds related to your domain create your own RSS feed and wala!! You have a developed site. Just hashtag the crap out of it on Twitter or Instagram or Facebook.

Put ads and prove you are making money. Then sell on flippa.

Thanks, good tips. Why do you say autogen content? Don't you think these kind of domains are worth properly developing out?

Autogen content anyone will tell you here isn't "great" but so is parking.

In terms of Google liking your site but better than parking. If done right you can get subscribership.

For ideas check out

WPRobot

And ifttt

You can use WPRobot to autogen Amazon or Walmart mini affiliate sites using RSS feeds from Amazon and Walmart and eBay.

The keyword price would be right for this.
