If you want ads on the bodis lander you have to disable the inquiry form in the domain management!

I always tell to newbie that before you wanna buy a domain, you need some knowledge about this industry (Listening DomainSherpa.com , reading DomainNameWire posts, joining forums like Namepros....). 90% of your first 100 domains are junks - iam sure for that.
So before buying or registering a domain, you need to learn more.
Buying or getting a domain doesn't ensure that you can sell it. There are tons of factors that you must consider before , such as :
- How many potential buyers ( Pbs) does the domain get ?
- What's its holding and hosting history ? Does it being hold by a domainer for a long time ? How many companies had used it before ?
- Is the domain relatived to Trademarks (TM) ? - Checking Trademarkia.com
- Etc
People always think that the domain they buy or register is good, but for companies or endusers, it is worthless.

I can't tell you how many times I hear this.
Unless you get a direct hit on a name and someone contacts you out of the blue, you might get lucky and make a sale.

In the vast majority successful domainers make sales happen. You have to create a market, contact perspective clients, tell them why their business will be better off with your domain. Market it, show stats, maybe even have a few similar domains in use to show as examples. Make a logo for the site to show how it can be marketed etc.

I could go on and on but your a-typical question of "when will I sell my first domain" always makes me chuckle.

It's kind of like opening up a used car lot in an abandoned storage warehouse and locking the gate. Then asking, why is nobody buying a car?

Well.... maybe because nobody knows you're there....

Just some friendly advice.... take it if you want.

I have a notebook (handwriting) in which I write all my potential domain regs. On Dec. 7th 2016 I have made a note with 37 domains, one of them was RobotDetection /dot/ com - LOL
