An auction for the ultra-short two digit domain,11.ORG ended with the domain being sold, after it met the reserve price.

The single bid made was for $20,000 dollars and not a record-breaker; however, it’s indicative of a healthy domain economy for numeric domains. The domain 11.org was registered in 1998 and its seller is in Taiwan.

In comparison,360.org sold for $25,500 (2009) and 100.org went for a bit more, at $26,000 dollars in 2014.

Don't you think it sold for a very cheap price? What would you sell it for?

This is actually the only known repeating NN.org sale: http://dnpric.es/?q=p:{N:1}{N:1}+(2)+.org|

And the second known NN.org sale: http://dnpric.es/?q=p:NN+(2)+.org|

Compared to repeating LL.org sales it did okay http://dnpric.es/?q=p:{L:1}{L:1}+(2)+.org|

Most recent being:
bb.org August2015 € 15,500.00 EUR Sedo auction
which is in fact a flop: "bb.org" domain name's first sale of 20,000.00 USD (as recordered in February 2006) and latest sale of 15,500.00 EUR (as recordred in August 2015) produced negative -1.7% annualised yield.

You have 23 NN.org sales listed on the site!
I would like to use your site but still can't figure out the weird search parameters. Not trying to knock the site, but it's just not as user friendly as others. Get on that asap please.

A two digit repeating number is very rare in every extension and they don't change hands very often.

I would call it a decent deal for both parties. The numeric market will stay hot for ultra short domains.

6n or 7N could crash but ultra short will always be sought after and easy to sell.

LL markets have more domains(676) compared to NN(100) so there will always be more sales reported in the LL market!

Look at the N-N.org market. I don't think there has ever been a sale. They are just tied up in portfolios and never change hands. There are sales in the L-L.org market though. They seem to be about 1/10 the price of LL.org. I have some N-N.org and not sure if I would sell for 1/10 the NN.org price. I'm a domain hoarder though. I did pickup one L-L.org in the aftermarket. Nobody bid on it. Crazy!

I think sales are competitive in regards to .org, the best NN.org sale reported in Namebio was for 01.org for around 25k.

Agree on complexity of the syntax, but then it offers the power of search not seen anywhere else. A quick look at this guide will help you to discover it more: http://dnpric.es/help/

It is also about the quality and quantity of the data not matched anywhere else and more is coming

As to repeating L-L.org, http://dnpric.es/?q=pattern:{L:1}-{L:1}+(3)+.org|

There was one noted:

o-o.org

April2008 $ 375.00 USD SnapNames

A propos, what would you change in the first instance?

I don't speak french!. Jk
I had to look A propos up to be honest. I ain't too smart!
I think having to put in all the different parameters for each search term is a little mind boggling. I have seen others post having issues with trying to do a basic search.

I love the site, but it needs to be much more user friendly {("stupid proof" for lack of a better term).} (;-{)

Maybe click a box for numbers only, hyphens, "L-L" for letter-letter, 4L or LLLL you know easy stuff...so people like me can quickly do a search without having to read a help page.

Thank you. That word is actually an English one, be it not so widely used. Never mind.

Agree on the friendliness. Let's acknowledge, it is improving from where it has started. Always looking at Google and Gmail. One input. No fancy stuff. Yet powerful. Sometimes you need to read the help pages.

The new features coming our are better at this. Still one input, but more friendly. Check http://registra.rs/

Having sold both 100.org and 360.org, the sale of 11.org was quite low.
