Lets hear the details. :)

Sedo or GD?
Sell it on NP?

What were you thinking when you reg'd it?
Did you have an enduser in mind?

Details man, give us the details.

Peace,

Thank you! I had it listed on a GD auction with a BIN of $200 (premium site listed). Didn't get any action for a month and then boom, woke up this morning to a GD email saying congratulations, it sold!

Congratulations!

But don't let your enthusiasm get into your (continuous) learning.
NP and select domaining blogs keep all the knowledge you need. Study and earn!

Oops sorry. Didn't see your last questions. I was on a marijuana domain kick and I definitely thought a dispensary and or shop that sold devices could use the site name.

yaaay congrats :D. I too sold my domain for like $200 when I first got my first sale. most bestest feeling ever <3 ^_^

the thing u shouldn't do is get ahead of yourself. After I sold my first domain I thought I was a super pro expert person so I reg'd more and more from GD (so they're like $14 a piece?) Then none of them sold -_-.

Don't reg any more domains until you're sure they're good. And by sure, I mean like if u actually apply real domainer techniques (research), rather than just reg'ing what was good.

Also if you're hand reggae domains, don't use GD!!!!!!!!!! Use whatever coupon is available. Right now it's uniregistry's $7 .coms. Believe me it makes a huge difference.

Don't worry u can transfer to GD in 60 days. . .

I wish I could recommend u dotster or FH, but those two stopped with their $1 .coms. It's cool u kno? Reggae 400 .coms for $800 rather than $4,000.00+ if u use GD.

Hopefully u haven't already started reggae and reggae and u read this first. . .

The skills required to buy and sell domains eg digital property will work with any future digital property if tech ever moved on to different ways for businesses to brand themselves and we're on the right site np to keep ahead of the curve

Congrats on your sale

You did well asking for $200 etc knowing what you bought it for etc as a first sale because not everyone has the mindset to add value eg price it at what you think it's worth

For some its extremely difficult to increase the mark up on price etc which is a mindset thing

So we'll done
