What do brokers do?

Most of them do negotiations as they are very good at it

Some may come get you a buyer but very rare

they take away the emotion....more importantly, they find you buyers hence their commission.

They can find you potential buyers and do the negotiating, one thing you can be sure of is you will pay them something no matter what the outcome.

Do they take a set fee or a percentage?

Some do find end users, while some wait for end users to find them base on my experience.
