generic e-com is one of the most registered types of domains. Anything you pick is going to be made-up-brandable, or very long.

It's a kitchen consumer products company. People that are concerned with the environment would buy it.

If almost .com domains was taken then you can add some number after them such as: yourdomainname247, yourdomainname365, yourdomainname360,...I think this way is also good for your business name.

that is one nice suggestion.
you can even add some adjective to it and i would suggest you not to discuss it publicly.
it will get more difficult to own that domain then.
