Long behold, Kylie.com is owned by Warner Media, and is used as Kylie Minogue's official page.

According to Kylie Jenner's official twitter page, she is using TheKylieJenner.com. KylieJenner.com redirects to TheKylieJenner.com - I imagine there's an interesting story behind her decision to market TheKylieJenner.com instead of KylieJenner.com

Anyways, good luck Kylie Minogue. I don't think she'll need it though.

Thanks.
FYI, these are the classes of goods and services that Kylie Jenner has filed her applications in and it appears that all are being opposed by Kylie Minogue:

IC 035. US 100 101 102. G & S: Advertising services, namely, promoting the brands, goods and services of others; endorsement services, namely, promoting the goods and services of others
IC 041. US 100 101 107. G & S: Entertainment in the nature of providing information by means of a global computer network in the fields of entertainment and pop culture; entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a celebrity, actress and model
IC 045. US 100 101. G & S: Providing information by means of a global computer network in the field of fashion

I'm no expert, but KM would seem to have a good basis for opposition under at least IC 041, since she could argue she is already using the TM "Kylie" in this category and also in IC 035 for the endorsements she does.
I guess it depends on whether she is known simply by the name Kylie or Kylie Minogue. I suppose her domain name kylie.com might be evidence of the former.

Anyone registered Kardashians.suck yet?

Oooooh so tempting. I'd do it if i wasn't convinced they'd file and win some sort of twisted sympathy lawsuit.

It will be interesting to see how this domain dispute is resolved although common sense should prevail

Couldn't agree more..

"Jenner, on the other hand, was dismissed as a "secondary reality television personality" who had drawn criticism for her "photographic exhibitionism and controversial posts" on social media."

At least Kylie Minoque will add value to this thread..

TheJenner should just file a UDRP, let's see who wins the domain.

Have a look at VisitQatar.com

There is only one Kylie

I'm an old fogie

Kylie Minogue has been Kylie for at least 35 years that I know

Which is older than the jenner and the first time I heard of the jenner the first name was kyle not Kylie

Kylie to the latter has only been the last few years

Kylie Minogue was a global star in neighbours t v soap 35 years + ago and as a global singer known as Kylie back then and has been associated with the domain Kylie. Com For some time

The attempt at trademarking the name Kylie which would be near impossible to do is to them use any such trademark to win the domain name

Kylie. Com

Someone could be called Elvis today but there is only one Elvis

There is only one Kylie

Kylie Minogue

Whaaaaat how on earth can you trademark a first name shared by millions?

Have you ever heard of a jewelry store called "Tiffany"?

Have you ever heard of a restaurant called "McDonalds"?

Have you ever heard of an automobile called a "Ford"?

Have you ever heard of a motion picture award called an "Oscar"?

Have you ever heard of an interactive bluetooth speaker called "Alexa"?

Have you ever heard of a restaurant called "Wendy's"?

Have you ever gotten into an elevator that was an "Otis"?

All of those well known trademarks are relatively common names shared by many people.

But it's obvious to most why the trademark is needed

The deal that would probably suit both parties is

Sell the domain name for $200 m

Which would Make its potential new owner another billion and Kylie would do ok from it
