Sure! You could get sued. Especially with the one you have with "buy" on it. The problem is...if you were to get sued, you're looking at potentially high expenses just to defend yourself. Not worth it.
Especially when noone would probably buy it from you because of the potential problems.

Get rid of ASAP

You can't get sued for having it without using it to sell nintendo products but they can ask for it from you and it is best to cough it up. I would drop that immediately waste of space and your money.

Don't hold it, don't try to start a website, avoid costly lawsuit and move on..
