I'm a newbie at domain flipping and I heard you can contact the niche your domain is directed at directly but if they don't have a website ..how do I go about this?

My domains are all adult themed, should I just email preexisting succesful sites like pornhub.com?

I'm totally confused about who could be the target of my emails...

Also how would the email sound like to entice them to buy?

Any info or link is welcomed.

First, take it easy and don't register too many domains yet if you don't understand the basics. Second, how do you know about this company that doesn't have a website? Do you mean they have like a retail store near you? Third, most companies that already have a website are perfectly happy with their domain and have no desire to buy more...so you really need a decent domain for it to work. Fourth, I would recommend you list some of your domains in the appraisal section...that way other members can give you an idea of whether any of your domains are good or not.

Five, selling adult domains is hard unless they have traffic. It's more difficult to sell adult domains than non-adult.
Don't put the cart before the horse, why register domains if you haven't identified potential buyers.
Buyers need to see a clear benefit to buying domains from you. Instead, they can just register some available domain, that's what everyone does. Anybody can do it. Nobody likes to buy domains on the aftermarket unless there is a very compelling reason.

Thank you for your advice but about about 3rd point, can we like sell the domain to the companies' competitors if they aren't willing to buy and hence register the name?

You could try, but if there isn't substantial value in the first place, why would the competitor buy it? If it's valuable, extortion wouldn't even be necessary...
