I have a few names that will most likely fetch between 1-2k

Can someone recommend a good place to contact end users and buyers ?

Google, the best place :)
Or you think that your buyers have a secret cave where they meet and wait for you?

Use Google and Bing (Search algorithm of bing is different fro that of google). Simplest old fashioned way to find the potential end users. Best of Luck!!

Google. Search for similar domains/keywords, create a list of the sites that come up and are relevant, and start contacting them.

If they do it's probably Bin Ladens old abandoned cave.

You could google and find direct leads for them. Whois their domain and maybe you'll find their e-mail ids.

If your domains value more than 100$ for each one I recommend flippa.com or sedo.com(listing fees 19-59$ - high commission)

However you can use domain brokers but they will charge high commission

If your domains value less than 100$- you have to use ebay or freemarket.com (free listing fees and just 5% of final successful price)

I have had no luck on Flippa auctions. I have had some sales from people seeing my portfolio listings there that are free minus the 10% fee, which is 15% now I think.

ebay I have made a sale for a couple $100 but mostly just get a few bucks for domains I am letting expire anyway.
