Recently, I found out one broker made a list of domains taking offering under a certain price. It lasted a long time. Then he increased the offer price step by step after receiving a lot of offers. This is tricky. What do you think of it?

I think that is his responsibility to make the best deal he can for his client (his side).
Being on your side, it is just an opportunity missed to take the domain at a lower price.
