I dont think so the time is right yet. Your domain names will be valued only someone can make use of it. The internet literacy in Pakistan is still less than 20% as compared to its population. I belive in another 3-4 years, people with small businesses or the large corporations will start realizing the need of having a website. Until then I think it would be very difficult for you to sale out those domains.

I would recommend instead of .pk domains, you should invest in those TLDs where international buyers can make use of it as well like .cn, .me, .io, .cc.

Infact it would be better if you invest in .in domain names coz that doesn't only serve the purpose of representing the indian company but also offers different hacks

I have a bunch of .pk such as download.pk, tires.pk, weddings.pk etc. Not sure about waiting as 1 word premiums don't really wait for anybody. Also I do see some type (not much but sporadic) in traffic so that's a good sign. Who knows

i dont think that is a good option as i dont think that domain names may grow in a while .

just registered businesscards.pk still opportunity to get some good ones. Price is 48us for 2 years.

one word domains are always benificial..... they will someday have a nice value added to them

You can invest for a bit long time because if you don't buy today, you lose the best available domains.

You have to study internet behaviour of each country. Every country has their own market strategy.

For example, Sweden .se are very highly respective in Swedish language, not English. They seldom use .com.

Indonesia (My Country) use mix of .com and .id in Bahasa Indonesia, but for marketplace they trust .id because registering .id needs id card.

British companies prefer .uk and .co.uk above .com.

But US companies prefer .com above .us. The same with Spanish companies prefer using .com.

So to determine what is valuable domains in Pakistan, you must study first. You can see popular marketplace in Pakistan, what TLD they use. And for business, you can try to see big companies, what TLDs they mostly use.

I see limelight.pk, khaadi.com, gulahmedshop.com are popular marketplace in Pakistan. It seems . .pk is also good in Pakistan. But .com is also highly used.
