3L CHIPs for only $25 ? :xf.eek:
I think LLL.co investors are running out of cash...
Can't say I'm surprised - I haven't got a single offer over $950 for mine.
All have $2k BIN and no interest whatsoever.

I will need to trim my list of .co this year again because if I wanted to renew all I would need to spend almost $9000 :hungover:
My 2017 resolution - punch myself every time I want to buy a name that is only OK-ish (rather than fantastic)

feel free to pm me when you start selling your 3l.co chips for $25.
cheers

I might have - if I knew about it.
I don't monitor LLL.co auctions just check shortnames.com from time to time.

I'm surprised western premiums sold that cheap - good deal for the buyer.

I only have 20 LLL.co - I'm not really interested in selling at reseller prices.
I'm going to lower BIN to $1000 on a few of them and see what happens.

In the past few weeks I hand regged around 70 .co domains and drop catched a few as well. Had an offer of $100 on one that i hand regged 8 days ago. I am getting some traffic on these names as well...
This is first time i bought ccTLD domains and I am planning to do outreach for all of these domains before their expiry. I will keep you guys posted.
Thanks

What type of domains did you register? 1 worded dictionary, LLL, NNN, etc

there is a fair share 1word droppping daily or weekly.
of course droping doesn't mean necessarily worth regging or having.. ie: reg fee, domain reg search bar.

as for LLL... or NNN.. well.. ummm.. those don't show up in my reg bar.. haven't in a while... and honestly... I don't relaly think they ever will again.

Brandables, Keyword domains and single dictionary words. Unfortunately can't Hand regg LLL, NNN etc. lol. Actually I don't want to invest a lot of money in .co so 95% of my .co domains are hand regged, Only one $69 pre-release domain from Namejet and a couple of $17.99 dropcatches on Dynadot.

Is anyone keeping their NNNN .co's?

I might have overspent and went on a buying spree last year when godaddy had a ton of nnnn.co domains listed, and it is now time to renew.... eek

I'm willing to keep my 8's :) and a few car related.. up to 10 yrs. because I look at them and ask myself would I pay 250 @ drop or
auction ? Yup. there may be another opp for the china market when the inventory gets low. I think it's safe to spec. "shorts" with
short meaningful extensions till you see which way the market turns.
Can you get a 4N.com (with meaning) for less than 250 today ? if you have doubles or double/double or 6,7,8,9 think about keeping for at least 2 more years if not 10 ! ;)
Cheers!

ummm how is this possible that you don't have any bites on those domains? every tried to start an auction for one or two? just to cover holding costs?

main question.

what has happened to .co domain market?

has it tanked? As a newbie can't see why any 3L domain in any extension much less one that has historically had high sales wouldn't sell like cakes at above or close to your ask price?

care to explain what you think is going on? thanks.

.co is just too confusing/similar to .com. The next best extension to .com is .io imo. You can argue for .org but it depends on your business goals.

so all those six figure sales on Namebio for .co domains are just rubbish then? hype? a fluke? or just good .co marketing? I'm assuming most of these keywords were "Secured" by the registry?
not trying to be a wise just curious as I was looking into .co's for single word domains.

Yes they're absolutely a fluke. I think most, if not all of those were sold by the registry themselves. And O.co turned out to be a disaster for overstock!

Been getting a lot of traffic on one of my .co's on sedo

Tapas.co

I guess there's an interest in this because its a Spanish name, which is spoken widely in Columbia.

all extensions have some misfired sales for sure.. whether .io or xyz or whatever.
I'd still keep at it with .co if I was you.. its one of the best out there..
and just maybe lower your expectation bar a bit .. from 6 figures to anything... 3-4-5 figures... no flukes there for sure.

cheers
