I took over the site from the previous owner with the intention to implement a SEO strategy because I saw the massive potential in this site. Unfortunately due to me having way to many other projects on the table at the moment, I have not been able to give this site the time and attention it needs. The site is currently not monetized, I just added some adsense ads recently to show people what the site would look like with ads there are no earnings as the current traffic volumes are low. (Please read my original post to get a full description of the site)

Just the custom logo and website design alone is worth more than what I am selling the entire site for...
