Scam Offer Through Efty Landing Page

I received this scammy message through an unverified inquiry on one of my Efty landing pages:

Your business as well as employee extras (if applicable) would receive compensation, on a case by case basis, and we can work around your businesses schedule.

I would like to know who I should speak to regarding this matter to go over details and see if this is a fit. I would also like to categorically state that this is in no way a sales or solicitation contact.

My profession has me tied up frequently, so email would be bestt to reply back to me so we can set up a day and time to speak on the phone.

A google search for [email protected] showed this email address was used to scam others.

Does anyone else receive scam solicitations through landing page inquiries?

I explained exactly why I did it. I had my own unrelated issues, and you are right. It won't matter what i say, so I really don't care what you guys think at this point.

Your right, I am not going to look for anything as I could post DNA results with pictures of me and the camera crew with logos of the company and someone else would have something else negative to say. LOL

It will not matter what I say or post at this point. Believe what you want, but I cannot seem to find one shred of evidence myself besides that email. I just don't like being called a liar, and you would not either, but I get it now.

SO, If you see anything relating to this company where someone got scammed just post it, because I cannot find a single person that is saying they got scammed., and their 7 year old BBB has an A+ with no complaints, so if they are planning on coming in here ant not paying me then I want to know.

If there is a scam I want to know what it is.

I received the email, actually called and spoke with that gentleman, and then several months later they came to my Flower shop and filmed. THERE WAS NO SCAM IN ANY WAY – They didn’t ask me to pay for anything.

They were all extremely nice and respectful of my place actually. I guess the approach is odd, but it was all real. I did find a voice message that I missed before the email came in.

They paid me, quite handsomely actually. I don't know about that site but they said they were splitting from the main company into the new film division, so maybe that was it.

I have seen other posts of other people that had them film in their place as well. I think I may have pictures.

I hate to see flippant remarks like this. I hate that word "scam" when no one does the research.

The reason I say this is due to the fact that it happened to my daughter, and if it is not true, do research or don’t post it at all as I see many people here mentioned the full info was in there.

Why didn’t you just call? If it was a scam you could have exposed it, and when you confirm it was real you simply just don’t write the post. Probably would have taken a total of 10 minutes! (lol)

That’s how long my initial call took to go over what they wanted to film in my place.

Anyway, my daughter had a chain named dance studio and someone called her a scam when they never even came to her classes, but the funny part was, they were commenting about another store and NEVER WENT to their classes either.

Just an off the cuff remark that hurt her. Now these people are big, so I am sure this post does not affect them, but I personally feel there is certain amount of responsibility we all have when posting things.

It seems guilty until proven innocent seems to be the norm these days.

I did tons of research before I ever let them in my door and it al was extremely positive.

Please do not take offence to anything I am saying here Brian. It is more of a general thing I am mentioning. It is a great service to expose possible scams, but maybe really check it out first.

I had to comment on this as I had a good experience with them, and because I don't understand why sometimes people would use the "Scam" word when no one seemed to take a sec to cal or research a bit.

You should have said "curious email" maybe, or researched an never posted. My personal experience probably tainted me a bit so again, I apologize if I offended anyone in any way, and I thank you for your time.

Can you show us the link / links with bad reviews of ur daughters dance studio?

Someone claiming to be Brian Dunn posted a similar spam message at Wangs Chinese Restaraunt Comment page. Why would a reputable video production company post a business solicitation on a Chinese restaurant comment page? The Chinese restaurant's phone number and contact information are right there on the same page! If Brian Dunn's computer has a virus, why would the virus promote his own business?

I found this video on one of AMD films YouTube accounts, the production quality is poor. You also have to look at their YouTube channel, the videos they have are public access TV quality.

Maybe they are a legit company, but the spammy solicitations and low quality video productions make them appear untrustworthy.

If you go to this link you can see that [email protected] has been flagged for spam attacks numerous times. If you use the same website to follow the the IP addresses associated with the [email protected] flagged spam attacks, you'll see that [email protected] also comes up as a spam attack.

I think that amdtvproduction.com has google alerts set up for their company/employee names, when someone posts something negative about them, they dispatch a shill to post in their defense and try to have the comments removed by moderators. There are scam accusations made towards [email protected] in the comments at this website, a new forum user named Sam Harris who claims to have used amd tv production makes his first and only posts defending Brian Dunn and amd tv production. It's oddly similiar that new forum accounts were created here and at ComplaintsBoard.com that were exclusively used to defend [email protected].

I'm becoming obsessed with researching [email protected] and amdtvproduction.com.

Maybe it's the Canadian in me, all forgiving, but it seems like she has gone to an awful lot of trouble to explain herself.

I would say we need to have ALL the facts before making the forum unwelcome to any potential new member. Maybe we do need to call and investigate or something.

Hmm, I will reserve my opinion for now.

1. If you visit their webpage, amdtvproduction.com, you will see some photos with "their" work.
2. Just save 2-3 pics you see there, and use Google Image search. You will find the exact same pictures, not cropped, on various other genuine websites. None of them are related to amdtvproduction.

FACTS only: Say anything you want - go show me one single person that got scammed. Not 10, just one. If you cant you should probably just shut up. I know what I know, and I really don't care what you think at this point. It was a matter of principle due to experiences - I see there would be nothing whatsoever anyone could post to prove it, so ass-wipe knee-jerkinf review posting douche bags like you that don't do research, and set out to just post anything without taking responsibility will just continue. You just don't have a life and like to show power through your keyboard, when if someone stood face to face with you you would probably pee in your pants.

Look how old this post is, and still, not one single person that said they were taken for one penny. hmmmmm I would hire them to do reputation management for you as they must be the best at removing everything from the net, and removing every single complaint from their BBB...
