I did, at the beginning of last year (2015).... had my own pages, which slowly evolved but then it became time consuming. Too much upkeep, etc. Nonetheless, I learned quite a bit from that experience.
To be honest, if you can have someone trustworthy deal with those pages, then it's all cool. Bodis has this option, and they are great- fantastic support, trustworthy, etc. At Bodis, you can choose which domains to have a sales lander, and which to park (also with a sales banner-if you want to park it and have it for sale). ParkingCrew is another one which is good which has a banner, but unlike Bodis, they don't have sales landers which you can use directly. It's quite a while back though, but inquiries both Bodis and ParkingCrew resulted in sales for me. Both are also good for parking, if you have domains with traffic that generate revenues.
