IMHO the development potential of this search term is immense considering used cars also fall under cars for sale. This is one of those premiums were the name describes the premise of the service provided by the domain, it leaves nothing to imagination and that in itself can garner a lot of authority.
With that said, its not easy to sell non-English domains, so I will likely be waiting a while before the right people come along, even if I spend a decent amount of time marketing it.
