SmartAutoDrone.com
SmartCarDrone.com
SmartFlyingCars.com
SmartFlyingDrone.com
SmartQuantumComputer.com

and many many more

Stand 10 December 2016 - no Guarantee

even .com,s for 1 GBP

so why buy domains ( for big bucks ) and waste time ?

just kidding

some domains might be good for investing ,
but still there are many many good domains available to register...

do your homework

Want my full list ?

i recently bought :

Hackathon.Online ( @ Namecheap for 1 $ )

What is Hackathon ?

A hackathon (also known as a hack day, hackfest or codefest) is a design sprint-like event in which computer programmers and others involved in software development, including graphic designers, interface designers, project managers, and others, often including subject-matter-experts, collaborate intensively on software projects.[1] Occasionally, there is a hardware component as well. Hackathons typically last between a day and a week. Some hackathons are intended simply for educational or social purposes, although in many cases the goal is to create usable software. Hackathons tend to have a specific focus, which can include the programming language used, the operating system, an application, an API, or the subject and the demographic group of the programmers. In other cases, there is no restriction on the type of software being created.

The word "hackathon" is a portmanteau of the words "hack" and "marathon", where "hack" is used in the sense of exploratory programming, not its alternate meaning as a reference to computer crime. The term seems to have been created independently by both the developers of OpenBSD and the marketing team of Sun; these usages both first happened in 1999[citation needed].

Why .ONLINE ?

For the online world, there may be no new TLD more fitting than .ONLINE,
because it offers a broadly defined, generic term for open registration.

.ONLINE is perfect for any brick and mortar store trying to establish an online presence – yourstore.ONLINE, for example – or for any publication,

band, artist, or writer that offers a print product as well as an online version.

.ONLINE isn’t restricted to these examples, however, and can be used by any individual or organization for any reason.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Cheap strategy for expensive failure.

Thanks for the advice though friend.

True. I put up domains on marketplaces and one day they sell, even if they are 2-worded domains.

Here are 4 good story,s about registering domains

1.)
when i was in rehab i done some research on german octoberfest ( Wiesn )
wiesntv.de was online
wiesn-tv.de was online
so i registered wiesn.tv ( 39$ )
than i contacted wiesn-tv.de and sold the domain wiesn.tv the same day for 1500.-Euro ( cash )

2.)
when i was on my business walk out i met a manger from U-Style Shop
his first name is Stephanus
i like that name and done some research on that at one.com
Stephanus.org was available ( and i got it 1 year for free Promotion )
i thought it was a good idea to give that domain to the manager for a present
he didn,t picked it up so i had this in my account
after 8 month i got an email from an foundation in Berlin
so i sold it for 3000.-Euro

3.)
i registered 333.one for 12$ and sold it for 400.- at Sedo
4.)
i registered da.mba for 29$ and sold it for 400.- at Sedo

that,s only 4 possibilities or reason why i don,t buy domains
i register :xf.wink:

be smart and create your own business
this here is only a recommendation

of course i also bought some domains in the past but i didn,t got any good sales

your turn:xf.smile:

Looking at most posts, I don't think many domainers know the difference between buying and registering. Most people seem to say "bought" when they mean registered.

Most of my names are hand regs. I guess I don't have enough confidence in my ability to estimate the value of a name. :)

I did pay $150 for HotRat.com because I wanted to do a feature site about rat rods. Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to go to any meetings yet, so it's completely undeveloped.

Why not do both? :xf.cool:

Plus, there's dropcatching, or semi-dropcatching, rather. That's hand-regging leftovers the fast and furious crowd had missed :xf.grin:

honestly : i don,t understand catching or dropcatching or whatever

you are right :
some domains could be nice to buy and resell :xf.wink: ... some
some domains could be nice to register and resell

my focus is more on create good ( better ) names and than register them...

Before new tlds were released it was understood that average portfolio turn was in the 1-2 percent range per year. With another 20+ million aftermarket domains it is likely in the 1 percent range but possibly now lower. What does that mean? For every 100 domains listed or available for sale only one buyer is willing to pay a negotiated price. The other 99 percent remain unsold but they have to be renewed.

Even with no further tld releases we have 100 years of inventory. Do we need to register more domains?

Yes , when they fit ❗

Simple :

Some Companies have domain names and they don,t make sense or are complicated or they are old school
so when you register a good name wich can help these people to get more traffic
Or business than this makes sense

Look at this wiesn.tv business closer

They got wiesn-tv.de ( wiesn.tv make much more sense if you are wiesn.tv )

Even if you don,t renew them and just register for 1 year 1000 domain names for 1000$ than you have 1000 chances to sell them
Or you buy 1 domain for 1000$ and get a 1000$ profit

I go for registering

As i said there are so many good names available
Life is changing - Technic is changing

Be creative

AISmartComputer.com

is available to register ( 1GBP @ FH ) is it smart to register that domain ?

AI Smart Computer

Artificial intelligence (AI) is intelligence exhibited by machines. In computer science, an ideal "intelligent" machine is a flexible rational agent that perceives its environment and takes actions that maximize its chance of success at some goal.
Colloquially, the term "artificial intelligence" is applied when a machine mimics "cognitive" functions that humans associate with other human minds, such as "learning" and "problem solving".
As machines become increasingly capable, mental facilities once thought to require intelligence are removed from the definition. For example, optical character recognition is no longer perceived as an exemplar of "artificial intelligence", having become a routine technology.
Capabilities currently classified as AI include successfully understanding human speech,[4] competing at a high level in strategic game systems (such as Chess and Go), self-driving cars, and interpreting complex data. Some people also consider AI a danger to humanity if it progresses unabatedly.
AI research is divided into subfields that focus on specific problems or on specific approaches or on the use of a particular tool or towards satisfying particular applications.

Hey - behave, that's a cat in a hat. ( and I don't own that name). :)

I post on a small webmaster board, and they are always posting pictures of cats on it. I use that avatar on that board, and it seemed easy to use the same one on here.

I know a guy in West Palm Beach who flips low-end properties for a living. He prefers those cheaper fixer-upper properties because he doesn't tie up so much capital. Properties on Palm Beach are very expensive. So there are multiple ways to approach domain investing. Just make sure you are not buying lottery tickets. Otherwise you will end up with similar results. Most people who gamble compulsively end up broke.

that,s what i am talking about
register ( buy ) is way better and cheaper than buy ( at auctions or whatever )

my biggest mistakes in domaining

i invested to much money in Sedo ShowCase ( around 6000.- ) and nearly no results

Totally agree :xf.cool:
Can't be limited to just 1 source for getting domains, it's better to expand your sources and try a bit of everything, see what works best for you individually :-,
