I searched out all the threads and there isn't an officially designated .xyz thread so how about this one to cover the subject?

So to start off my first xyz reg is:

SH3.xyz

Sh stands for Shanghai

May have little value if any but I like short domains as possible that I can get in new extensions and with majority of numbers taken I figured why not for the low reg fee right now. Plus it sorry of rhymes.

registered in 2015 for usd 1.88 and renewed for usd 8+, total cost $10.
it is not possible with .com...
also sold another .xyz for usd 1100, which I registered just 2 days before for usd 1....will inform you after domain transfer to buyer.

Good to see it selling. I lost a ton of them by not renewing, but I did manage to reg "pocket" and "inquirer" for several years.

I hand-regged about 65 single keyword domains last month. I might have registered some of the ones you dropped.

This is good news.

China is a large country with rather unpredictable policy decisions. MITT accreditation means investors can breathe a sigh of relief. It also means, we're bound to see more interest from Asian markets.

nice. I feel like an idiot now for selling most of my stuff, should have kept it longer and sold for much higher. I im gonna put pocket.xyz asking price 10K, and not care whether it sells or not. Speaking of which, how much would a dot com "pocket" go for? Probably more than a house right? I wish xyz becomes like that one day. I still have it under namecheap and it seems they stopped supporting them, which registerar would you suggest I transfer it to ?

I have received 5 separate inquiries for the first time for two of my .xyz domains. All in the last 2 to 3 weeks. I am still waiting for a sale but I believe I will get one soon.

Official, Wear, Jam, Setup, Pleasure, Montage and a lot more. having trouble selling any but I'm not doing any outbound.

Are all these sales coming through uniregistry? Are you doing any outbound promotions, or are they all just inbound offers?

I have a few pretty good names, but haven't received any offers....ever.. lol...
