What´s up everybody, here´s Wikipedia´s definition of head cheese: "Head cheese is not a dairy cheese, but a terrine or meat jelly made with flesh from the head of a calf or pig, or less commonly a sheep or cow, and often set in aspic."

Searches per month: 10 k - 100 k. CPC: 0,22.

Estibot valuation: $540.

Do you think Estibot is on the low or high side?

I do not feel it that much..although if you can find a producer who is indeed preparing and selling online this type of food, suddenly the domain price can increase quite a lot. Also, monthly stats from google planner are good.

It is probably type of the product itself which brings the valuation of the name downwards..head cheese products are consumed usually very fresh, I do not think they can successfully be sold online. I would say people usually search for head cheese recipes online.

My feeling would be high XXX mid XXXX if you can offer it to right end user.

I understand your logic headcheese as in moosehead beer but I think the owner was going for president, lots of people call the president the bigcheese, headcheese.

OH , because it sucks , as far as a product for this domain forget it no one is gonna say lets go on line to find head cheese,I think the .com would be worth 300-400 and thats only as a name '' headcheese'' meaning BOSS. I am letting domains like RAILCAR.net expire ,and I think thats worth more than headcheese.net

Headcheese.net is an interesting name, too bad its not the dot com.

Unfortunately, I don't think it's worth much even going directly after the headcheese market since headcheese products are typically offered under well-established brands catering to deli-style meats. Think household consumer brands. Usually, the people who have discovered headcheese and enjoy the experience/taste have those specific brands that they've become familiar with and regularly buy, even if as a generic product from their local fresh deli.

It may be possible to find one of those packaging companies or a chain of fresh local deli's willing to buy this domain name, so it might be worth the effort, but I'm venturing a guess that it'll be a hard sell simply due to the "brand" factor and not being a dot com.

On the flip side as a creative name for a blog or satirical site, the potential is there for a sale to the right end user for $50 to $250, it really depends on the potential buyer and the vision they have. It's the type of domain the right buyer could have some serious fun developing.

Put some hard work into it, ride it out and see what happens. Worst case you drop at expiration and lose a meager $10 bucks...lesson learned.

But what do I know, I'm just a simple chimp.

Dont put hard work into it ,if your gonna do that buy a good .com godaddy expiring auction for 12-50 bucks a put the work into selling that headcheese .net I would not take for free

I would have an issue with the .com, let alone the .net extension.

It's a reg-fee name.

It's worth what you paid at best.
