The quick and dirty:
I thought I would have time to maintain websites, I was wrong (let alone attempt to develop).

I have 2 fully developed ecommerce websites that I have since let lapse due to time constraints.
- 1 is a drone reseller
- 1 is a outdoors/survivalist niche site
And yes, by fully developed I mean I have SSL for it, AWS account for updates (drone), professional design created and implemented, ecommerce backend, (had) traffic, product catalogs, business license (state of NV), etc., etc the whole 9 yards.

What I need is someone to come in, spin these back up, manage these sites and produce a few more. My last project that I stopped was an adult web cam review site (revenue via referrals and ads). I have several adult domains, a couple are getting a few thousand unique hits a month (potential to capitalize on these and earn revenue). If adult sites are not your thing I have several other domains with existing traffic and/or great keyword matches for ecommerce, directory listings, etc.

The Deal:
For each site, I will foot the cost for the hosting, ssl, etc, whatever is needed if you develop the sites (as we determine) for domains I currently have or will acquire in order to maximize revenues.
I know this requires a bit of work on your end so what I'm envisioning is any revenue split 70/30; 70 you/30 me. This will be in place for the first $2000. Once the first milestone is hit then the split goes 50/50 of the net earnings. I use the term net earnings because at this point the burden of supporting the costs of the website will be taken from the gross earnings and then the revenue split 50/50.

I don't consider myself a greedy man, I think this is fair. My goal is to simply increase my passive income and work less when I should be sleeping :)

If this sounds like something you would be interested in partnering in with me, please PM me.
