yes.. for sure. I guess they don't call them promos for nothing.
but.. so many registrars around.. sooner or later throughout the year, some are going to offer discounts and promos here and there.. it doesn't have to be on special dates only... blackfriday or others... the important thing is to be aware of them whenever they may happen.. and save some monnnney!

well... keep the thread posted when you see something guys. I think we're pretty much done for our list of top priced registrars as far as regular price .com transfers go!
8.03 at namebright and 8.1 at epik will be hard to beat for regular prices.. but feel free to post if you find something!

I see at Domain.com, Dotster and MyDomain current price for transfers is $16.99. Just few days ago it was $8.29, if I'm correct!?
Now only Netfirms shows that old price.

we checked a few days ago and even though it said 16.99, they were still 8.29 in cart credit @luantt
Of course that might have been they got the graphics ready for today when the 40% coupon *should* be announced

I hope there are some codes, but I don't think many of registrars who are well known for giving discounts during certain times of the year would want "Black Friday" to be the day they consider to market to, and lure, domain owners over to them. It takes the shine away from their discounts.

So that leaves those "hourly" discounts with limitations, or those coupons valid for the "first 1000 registration" or whatever with limitations.

If there's something that doesn't require me to be glued to my screen and refreshing pages... that would be great.

there are many aorund!
they are tricky cause they are not unlimited in qty
and people get confused cause they work for some and not others
but its cause each keeps track of how many times it was used
aside from the time sensitive ones.. which just expiry by date X

Natro is only on turkish, not have an language option.
So I transferred my domains to Epik, who offered $8.10
