So I just received this email, anyone else seen anything like this? (whats the con?)

Dear Domain Owner,

Our system has detected that your domain: (MyDomainName.us) is being used for spamming and spreading malware recently.

You can download the detailed abuse report of your domain along with date/time of incidents. Click Here

We have also provided detailed instruction on how to delist your domain from our blacklisting.

Please download the report immediately and take proper action within 24 hours otherwise your domain will be suspended permanently.

There is also possibility of legal action depend on severity and persistence of your abuse case.

I'm assuming it's a phishing email or something of the sort, I didn't click any of the links to download the report obviously...lol

Anyone seen something like this before?

I also received this notice today and many others. Scammers kicking it into high gear!

I received that for many domains of mine. Just maked as spam :)

I'm also getting some emails saying your site has been hacked & asking me to contact a lawyer. Did the same as above & didin't even bother to check internet for what it is.

Need to get rid of these time wasters -_-

I received this same email less than an hour ago. I see DomainCop.net was just registered today at NameSilo.

Pretend to be a sucker and waste their scam time, the less scam time they have, the less they can scam.

Run a system wide anti-malware scan on your computer. Most anti-virus software can do this by default but I prefer malwarebytes.
