All keywords are "good for ranking."
If you mean "which keywords get the most searches", then those tool will help. If it's commercial, as the search numbers go up so does your competition.
Ranking doesn't mean s*** unless you can convert it to sales, clicks, sign ups, subscribers or whatever your goal is
