The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Hello!

I have just registered, added a few domains and I'm taking it for a spin... :)

Thanks!

I like the concept a lot. You do need to invest a little time to select the keywords and categories, but the bulk update is very handy. It's good to have so much control over your domains. I love the 'circle idea'.

Good Idea and neat website. However, I couldn't get the registration link. Tried few times.
Also, please check the grammar. Little things might matter :)

I got this message: "You didn't verified your account yet. A new Link Resend to your email a_***.******@yahoo.com."

@arjun29 - we have sent the verification link to your email. Please confirm. We have also corrected the message. Hope you enjoy the site!

Just a small bug, on the search criteria. On both left and right hand "Price" criteria, once you've reached minimum or maximum, it stays locked, and doesn't allow to be lowered or raised. Has to be reset to work again.

@HotKey, yes, we have pointed out to the developers. Just getting little technical on this - the reason is that it looks at the current set, and sees what the range is, when it reaches a zero set, it does not know where to do. Will get it fixed. Thanks for visiting the site.

Hello!

Here some more inputs for improvement:

- When we remove a domain name (from within "Domains details"), once it's removed, we are taken to the first page with no applied filters. So if one is working a a few filters, on page 6, every time a domain is remove we are taken to the first page and the filters are removed.

- It should be possible to remove batches (bulk) of domains, from the "table view" at once. For example using selection boxes and applying actions to selected domains.

- I have fewer names under "Lysted Days" (23) than Published ones (93).

- We should be able to set the number of domains exhibited per page on "Table View".

- There should be a status "On Hold" so that we could filter these out or in.

- The pages numbers should also be on top of the table instead of only at the bottom.

- The Table View should able to be sorted by price and options.

- Under the edition of the domain, "Circles" should be the last option, because they depend of the chosen "Keywords" and "Categories".

Best regards!
Ruben

Hi Ruben, great feedback, please see the response below. We want to make sure that we address all the points that a portfolio owner may face.

- It should be possible to remove batches (bulk) of domains, from the "table view" at once. For example using selection boxes and applying actions to selected domains.

Will get that checked out.It should not move to first page, may be the reason being that your filter for 'On-Hold' domains was not on?

- It should be possible to remove batches (bulk) of domains, from the "table view" at once. For example using selection boxes and applying actions to selected domains.

There is an option to bulk delete the rejected names. That is where most of the removals typically should be coming from.

- I have fewer names under "Lysted Days" (23) than Published ones (93).

The fix is in place, have not been applied yet, will make sure that we update your Lysted Days correctly

- There should be a status "On Hold" so that we could filter these out or in.

There is a filter 'On-Hold' that will let you filter those records (red round button). There is not a domain status as such.

- The pages numbers should also be on top of the table instead of only at the bottom.

Agree - good enhancement, on top - real estate is limited, but worth looking into.

- The Table View should able to be sorted by price and options.

It is sorted by price/circles/length and filtering is available on all options (and they can be combined)

- Under the edition of the domain, "Circles" should be the last option, because they depend of the chosen "Keywords" and "Categories".

Agree - logical - you can add circles after you have defined keywords / categories.

Great Feedback. Looking forward to getting more.

Thanks
Anil

I've tried the nameservers on a few domains, they work fine :lookaround:

Hi @Lysted what are the parameters used for the domains that get listed to be put on "Page 1" when someone lands on the site? When I refresh the page it's always the same names, with thousands of others buried behind them. Is it a random engine that eventually revolves the names, hand-picked or premium listings?

Thanks.

I'm trying to have a look at domains available in Lysted, but it's so slow and difficult.
I'm searching for a category, then clicking the category, but nothing happens.
Right now I got 500: Internal Error.

Hi, thanks for visiting the site. There are couple of factors that play a role in positioning

In absence of any search (browse)
1) Your total credits associated with the domain
2) If the credits are same, then the number of domains in your circle come into play - that is why you will see the first entry will have the highest number of domains in circle provided score is same.

The logic behind the credits is that as a domain seller 'you control the life of the domain'. If you feel that your domain is strongly positioned for a particular keyword, then you can assign more credits to that particular domain/keyword and it will always be #1 when that keyword is searched. So if your credits get reduced because of views (1 view is 1 credit), then they will automatically trickle down to subsequent positions. You have access to complete data as to what views your domain had/ when/from where and where credits were used along with the position of the domain at that time.

Every domain is assigned same number of credits to start with (500) - and there is no concept of buying credits. Credits do not get used when seller is logged in, or any one is browsing the site or doing pattern search. Credits get used only when you define something for your name like keywords and credits.

We analyzed the issue about 'positioning' based on feedback by domain sellers on domain marketplaces and came up with this approach. Hope this works. Giving the control to the seller about the domain position gives every domain a fair chance of being sold.

We would be more than glad to answer any questions you might have. Also please refer to Sellers knowledge base here https://www.lysted.com/knowledge-base.php?t=seller

Thanks

Thanks for visiting the site. This week there was an issue with the hosting provider - not related to the site. We are closely monitoring the site, and hopefully the users do not get that error.

Thanks again.

Interesting, thanks for laying it out. Didn't realize it was in the Knowledge Base, missed the "Seller" tab it's under.
