No, even premiums are different at different registrars..so it is definitely worth to shop around..in relation to premiums, you can sometimes save as much as 90%, so take a good look. Usually one can save 20-30% when looking around properly.

For .rocks, see at namestat.org which registrars are offering lowest standard prices for .rocks..those will usually offer also lowest premiums (although it is not always the rule).

Did you try Uniregistry? Hexonet and NameSilo are also good alternatives for premium GTLDs.
