Considering his age, how can he get a youtube account and a adsense account? Not a legal expert but pretty sure not legally binding.

Google said this.\
“[We] will proceed to cancel the outstanding balance of AdWords,” said Google in a statement, acknowledging that the purchase had been made by mistake.

"12 years old boy". He is super under age! " Google"and "Adwords" hmmmm, they know better!

At one time someone wants to buy a domain name from me; he told me he is only 16 years old, so he is trying to convence me to sell it to him for cheap.

But I wasn't concern about him using his age to get cheaper price. I was of more concerned of his legal age. I told him, I don't sell domain names to a minor.
