People who want their name in a domain generally want it in com, or settle for net if it's a popular name (ie not a unique showbiz name).

However, there are also businesses with "Marsha" in their name, such as the one on .com. Consider reaching out to those.
Note - that could stir up some bad faith copyright nonsense - although I do think that's pretty unlikely, is just a note more than a warning.

Do some Google searching as to who uses sites with "Marsha" in the name, and company names, and do some outbound.
It is an info remember not a premium .com, so I would keep the emails simple as "hey I have this are you interested" rather than "this is premium perfect for you blah blah" ;)
