New Responsive Layout; Load Time, Simplicity

Hi Clasione, This is a neat concept, the actual name is longtail and may not receive much type in traffic so you will want to concentrate on SERPs via SEO.
I personally would like to see some OnMouseOver Action on the main NavBar, even a darker shade of white would enhance the UX. The center aligned footer is a little hard on the eyes, I would go more for a column layout in the Footer section.

Apart from that a cool concept and neat site.

Excellent idea and I agree, it really needed it.

Not bad at all mate... neat and user friendly, quick load times as well.

The one thing I noticed was that the recent featured listing area seems to "clash" with the layout and design of the rest of the site.

I sections off the recent listings section a bit. It should look a little better now. Thank you for your feedback.
