The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
The way our collective economies are going everyone is going out of their way to fix their own mechanical problem ($90 per hour for a Plumber in Australia). 3D Printers are everywhere, my younger bother designed and built his own from scratch. The point I'm trying to make is you have a nice collection of conceptual domains, "Fix" as a suffix .

I would research and target Tradesmen for each of your 'Fix' Names (I'm sure you are doing that anyway). I think your own appraisals are pretty spot on. They are worth a lot more if you have the time and know-how to 'Develop' each one on you own of course.

Hi Matthew, thanks for the great feedback.

I don't own any of the fix domains listed above. I only own 3DPrinterFix.com. I was just showing you the history for sales with fix at the end.

Surely when everyone has a 3D Printer in their home and they use them to place amazon orders etc there will be a huge demand for 3D Printer repairs especially for the mass market (technophobes).

Based on that, it might have a value of around 2k - 5k if they become as popular as laptops etc.

3DPrinterFix.com could be a place to find out how to fix your printer, a company who fix them or a great redirect for a tech giant.

Do you think this domain is worth hanging onto and do you agree its could be worth $$$$?

Absolutely, it will be exactly the same way Inkjet and Laser Printer Fixit Guys were everywhere in early Naughties (2000's), now one can go to the post office and buy a throw away Inkjet for $80 that comes with one set of ink packs. Then you realize the replacement ink costs more than the initial Printer cost, then you simply throw everything away and purchase the next model.

Keep in mind Airship, the window of opportunity to be a 3D Printer Fixit Guy will only last for 3 years tops.Just like the Ink and Laser Printer Fixit Guys. I was a backroom Computer Techie in the Glory Days (1997 - 2000) $30ph, by 2002 The job was almost comical. In and Out Quick with 'Fixit'.

Regards
matt

PS.

Yes $5k easy, build a business around it with a 3 year lifespan and you will make tens of thousands. Just don't count on everyone being a Technophobe. That luxury is long gone.

I have build a website for 3DPrinterFix.com

Nice looking page that probably targets people who want to develop a business rather than domainers/investors.

May be you could expand on how you plan to monetize this site or how your buyer could monetize it.

I am not too familiar with 3d printers, but I imagine maintenance will be a local business (eg: Richmond3dprinterfix or something similar). This may reduce the potential of your domain.

FYI, the domain 1-800-3dprinter (com) is currenlty being offered at 45k

Thanks for the advice. I've just seen 3DPrintRepair.com. Do you think that's good too?

The sales website is fine Airship, if more domainers put in that kind of effort then they might receive more inquiries. And I notice in your source code you are using the correct modern HTML5 format for Doc Type and Header code.

Do you think 3DPrinterFix.com is as good as 3DPrintRepair.com?

Hmm, now we're getting into petty semantics. In fact most of us should be English Teachers instead of bothering with this nonsense. The 'Fix' and the 'Repair' will appeal to various levels of so called 'education', A stuck-up private school person would naturally gravitate toward Repair, whereas an everyday High School Graduate would gravitate toward the Fix and Repair suffix.

I'm not picking sides because each suffix has an audience, their pay checks may differ but their intellect does not.

Do you pay tax in UK for selling a domain name of high value?

Would appreciate another appraisal.

Good domain. Could be worth a lot of bucks if the 3D printer market picks up.
