Domain in Network Solutions (NetSol), yet can't be found.

Hi guys, I recently purchased and domain and paid the funds for it. when looking at whois, it has my details on it. But when I want to view it in the registrar panel, I cannot locate it. They sent me a 'detail confirmation email' which is ICANN's must-do step according to them. Yet still, couple of days have passed already and it's still does not appear on the panel.

Any suggestion / previous experiences with similiar situations?
