Established Web hosting business for sale [URGENT]

where is the business? it's just an empty page with a link to a suspended site..?

it's there... the link is active. i can show u the clients list, invoices etc, anything that you see.

I was working on the site but left it in the middle. i also own a web design company - avontia.com. rapidhost.in in associated with it. all hosted clients have used my web design services too.

I will throw in avontia.com in the sale as well.

I want to be interested, but here is the issue I am having. You said it gets $2500 per year in revenue. I did the conversion and it is closer to 1900. Also the website is a landing page saying coming soon. How are you gaining new customers? You aslo say you will throw in the web design company, but that site is a landing page also. Can you provide some client lists, invoices etc via pm please. Is there a new design for both websites?

Why is the estimated annual forecast income on your screenshot only $149? Why do i get a feeling from http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/rapidhost.in that this is a brand new site?

I have 2 sets of income shown there.. In first part you see income in USD and the second part, next to it, shows income in INR.

Alexa rank may be high as the site wasn't marketed a lot and clients are the ones whom i designed the sites for.

That's what we projected the annual income to be. When you add up both the USD earnings and INR earnings.. I am selling the business+site for $2500. If you are interested, you can send in your price via PM.

I can help the owner with migration of the site to their servers and setting up various functions like WHMCS, client profiles etc.

I am just gonna stay out of any Web business for the time being.

I can sense that. I am using ESET, it loads normally. My clients never complained about it. Maybe it's the Bitdef that's not accepting something across the browser. The site is safe and secure.

All packages have annual renewals. Most of them are to be renewed in Sept-Dec.
Yes, customers know that the servers are going to be managed by a different person/firm.
Yes, they are ok with it, till the time their sites are working fine and get good end user support.
Servers are located in Texas, USA.
