Hey nP members,

what was your fastest domain sale?
I mean the time between registering or buying a domain and the final sale of it?

Of course the 'speed of a sale' (negotiations) depends on the desired sale price - but, also apart from this fact, it's an interesting question I think - which means your answers are the real interesting part of it.

So, share your 'fastest sale' experience here!

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
The fastest active sale - 2 days, expired auction at GoDaddy $20 ($12 + $8.5 renew)
2 keywords poker related domain.
Mailed relatively low offer to owner of site with same KW and prefix "Free". Next day got counter offer.

I was on the phone with a client, he wanted a name but it was taken, suddenly he says "do you have (variation of this domain name)?" and I looked it up and it was free to register. I basically had the domain sold before I regged it. This is my fastest flip, but it was pure luck.

My first sale here on namepros was my fastest so far. I handregged a .org and within 2 hours got a bid for double the money here and later it was sold. Infact the buyer had to wait for 2 days as it could not be pushed before 5 days on godaddy.

HOW AND WHERE I SELL .IN DOMAIN ? PLEASE HELP. THANKS

Bro, I am not into .in. But generally, I find Godaddy and Namepros good marketplaces for quick flips.

Bought a niche domain here for $25, emailed few end-users and got some offers within few hours. Sold it at $250 the next day.

GD just had a $2 .net promo, so I looked on the drop list to find a nice one that just got deleted, regged it for $2, woke up the next day to an email from the guy who owned it saying he accidentally let it expire and desperately wanted it back. He low balled, but some back and forth (I could've gone higher, but I genuinely felt bad) and I gave it back for $350 (plus him paying for PayPal fees).

So $2 to $350 in 2 days...
