How much is this domain worth? Sedo appraised it at over $9,999 - I have it for sale at $9,999 now.

Too much? Too little?

It's a decent domain, but I'm not sure about the ngTLD market.

You might need to hold awhile to find the right buyer and to let the ngTLD market develop.

Yeah aim for $10K-$20K or less if you want a sale quicker.

If I had to choose between ChineseClothing/com and Chinese/Clothing, I'd prefer yours.

I think you should develop it into a B2B, for people who want cheap manufacturing, and then deliver via Alibaba.

As is? I don't know. With the new extensions, you have to raise awareness yourself.
