I personally don't like it because the hyphen as well as where it's placed makes the domain name very difficult to use in marketing. imo

It's available in all other extensions. Not a good sign. Whereas NewYorkrealestate.com is taken in multiple extensions. The hyphen does hurt indeed.

That means you are not the first to buy his one hoping to resell it.
