Way to increase eCommerce site sells?

Conversion rates?
Hard to do really.
Only thing you can do is promote the life out of your site and hope you get the right visitors who have money and want the products.
In other words, you will have to spend money to hopefully make money.

Conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a real "thing", but no way to give advice without seeing what's on the site and measuring what's going on currently. Usually involves things like a/b testing copy and calls-to action, analyzing things like visitor flow through the site, shopping cart abandonment, etc., but one size does not fit all.
