Thats actually awesome dude!!......I mean if this domain still belongs to you man oh man...I can just imagine how awesome you could script a sales page for it.....lol

I been headline with something like "Single English Word .COM domain FEATURED in HollyWood Movie"...

lol.. man that cameo appearance in the movie would sure as hell have spiked the domains values.... :)

Even if you dont sell, would still be cool to own... just for bragging rights..lol

I forgot to ask before...when u bought the domain did u know it was in the movie...or where u like just chilling on the couch watching the movie and then BOOM!!! all of a sudden u see ur domain name on TV?...lol

Also! - I would put a banner on the site, on the top somewhere saying "Dumped.com featured on Hollywood blockbuster" and a link to the clip in the movie... or something along those lines...

Woooah, hold the phone!!!... It just occurred to me... I don't know for sure but I'm wondering...MAYBE, just MAYBE....you can claim royalties! You website and brand is being used on a Hollywood movie... that should entitle you to compensation. Irrespective if you didn't own the domain back then...the fact is that you are the current owner and the movie is still in circulation. ...I don't know mate, I think it could be a really good idea to contact a good Trademark/Media attorney and see where u stand. :)

I was just thinking about this recently because I own a name that is mentioned on a popular tv show that airs daily around the world. Every time the episode is on I see a traffic spike. I'm in the process of building out a site that sells products related to what happened on the show. Cool stuff.

It's just online today :) from the experience of operating other similar site, it should be profitable in the future.

When I acquired this domain name, I don't know it was in this movie. Actually when I watching that movie, I didn't notice it but my wife did, lol. I played back and confirmed that is my domain name but it's a 2014 movie, haha.
